Cashflow package

Do you need to know if your business is solvent or will be post COVID-19?

The Wage Subsidy requires you to comply with “Best Efforts”.  How do you do this?


 

This package will commence with a consultation via phone or video messaging where we will get to know your unique business situation and how you are being affected by COVID19. 

One of our qualified team will then produce a 24-month forecast, which is bank ready.  This will provide the bank the required information to enable fast and efficient funding decisions. 

We will present this with you to your bank via a phone call or video messaging, and ensure the bank is fully appreciative of your circumstances. 

Our packages include follow up and check ins, where one of our qualified team will contact you regularly over a 10-week period and help you adjust your plan if required. 

You will also have access to our online resources where you can ask questions and liaise with other business owners.

Business Continuity package

This package includes the base Cash Flow Package and in additional we will work with you to help you answer the following questions: 

How are you keeping your connections with your customers to ensure they stay loyal? 

Are you leveraging every opportunity and setting your business up for success? 

How do I preserve and grow the value of my business? 

What does my business look like on the other side of COVID 19? 

Can I create efficiencies within my business to save labour costs, minimise overheads and maximise profits? 

We live in fast paced world where people live with high levels of stress and anxiety.  As part of our response to COVID19 we want to stand beside you and help provide impartial advice in respect of your business and provide support to you on this journey. 

We will undertake a strategic assessment of your business through facilitating a planning session where the above questions will be addressed. 

We will help you map out a documented action plan and keep you accountable and provide confidential support, though phone calls or video messaging.

Human Resource (HR) Management Package

Throughout the lockdown period and after we return to work at Level 3 and then Level 2, restructuring and redundancies are the hard issues that many companies will have to deal with.


Do you have a return to work policy at Level 3 and/or Level 2 that will address any changes in hours of work, job descriptions, physical distancing and hygiene practises? 


Can the remuneration levels that have been reduced to 80% remain at that level once you have returned to work or must it return to the previous rate immediately?


Will the return to work for your employees after COVID-19 be the same as it was, or will there be a change to their job descriptions?


Does your HR documentation comply with current legislation? This includes Employment Agreements, Drug & Alcohol policy, Work from Home Policy, and Performance Appraisals.

Health and Safety Management Package

How will you manage the Health and Safety of your employees in your workplace as they return to work at Level 3 and then Level 2 after the COVID-19 lockdown?


Do you have a Health and Safety policy in place with an appropriate pandemic clause should we find ourselves in a similar situation in the future?


How do you manage the Health and Safety of your employees if they are working on site or in the premises of one of your clients?


Have you put in place a policy to cover the Health and Safety of your employees if they are going to work from home?

We will conduct an audit of your existing Health and Safety policy and documentation to ensure that it is fit for purpose for your business.


Assisting with regular and ongoing hazard identification in your workplace and implementing documented Health and Safety meetings.


We can also work with you to implement a return to work package at Level 3 and then Level 2 specifically designed for your workplace.


Implementing a working at home policy. If your employee is working from home their Health and Safety is still your responsibility. This policy needs to set out guidelines for both the Employer and the Employee.
